About this Course
Our 150hrs is a continuation of our Ashtanga 50hrs Intensive, with more focus on the teaching part of the ashtanga method
This course is going to help you to keep developing your practice skills and develop your abilities as a Yoga Teacher so you will be able to teach with confidence to students with different background and capacities.
Our main principle is provide information and techniques that can be adapted the practice according to each student need and limitations
This intensive is designed for those who want to deepen their practice and get certified as 200Hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Our Teacher
Ricardo Martin and Kunkanit Phrombut the led Teachers of this Intensive have over a decade of experience running workshops, intensives, and 200, 100 and 300hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Rocket Vinyasa Yoga. They are committed to their practice along with Vipassana Meditation, which they started to practice since 2010. their skill in anatomy, practice, and teaching experience, has been giving them the ability to see clearly and precisely how to adapt the practice according to many different body capacities, making the ashtanga practice accessible for many practitioners.
