If you would like to gain more technique in all the asanas within Ashtanga Primary Series you can join us in our 100Hrs Ashtanga Intensive. Here you will learn all the technical information that will help you to develop your practice
For those who are ready to step forward and develop your teaching skills, join our 50hrs in hand on adjustments and 50hrs on how to develop communication skills and how to assist others in the Ashtanga Mysore set-up room

Our Teacher
Our Led Teachers Kunkanit Phrombut & Ricardo Martin have been running Yoga Teacher Training for over decade, mainly in Asia and Europe. They have been certifying more than 500 Yoga Teacher. Many of them can teach effectively and continue with their practice back home.
Their skill in anatomy, practice, and teaching experience, has been giving them the ability to see clearly and precisely how to adapt the practice according to many different body capacities, making the ashtanga practice accessible for many practitioners
Vipasana Meditation is another important part in their daily practice, they have been practicing for over 10 years and teaching since 2008 to students of different backgrounds
Who can attend
- Anyone who wishes to learn how to practice Ashtanga, depends the practice or relax and be guided in your practice under the retreat format
- Students with mental health
- Students older than 18 years old

- Ashtanga Primary Series Chart
- Yoga Alliance Certification for those who committed with the 200hrs certification.
- YACEP certification for those who completed the 100hrs Intensives
- Those who completed the 200hrs YTT and decide to move forward with our school and participate in our 300hrs program you will get an additional 10% discount
