Our Ashtanga retreat is open to anyone who wishes to deepen, improve or start their Ashtanga Journey with us. In this 10-day retreat you will learn


  • How to move in half or Full Primary Series 
  • How to develop your practice 
  • Understand how to unlock some of the most complex asanas within the Primary Series
  • Learn how to modify and adapt the practice according to your needs 
  • If you have any limitations we will provide alternative asanas and exercises that you could do to develop your practice 
  • Get a free 30 minuets session of body treatment base of myofascia manipulation 
  • Get a complementary Reiki treatment 30- 45 minutes length 

100hrs Ashtanga Intensives

Our 100hrs Ashtanga Intensive is designed for those who want to gain technique and detailed information about all the asanas within Ashtanga Primary Series. In these 10 days of practice you will learn 


  • Ujjayi Breathing Theory 
  • Bandha Theory 
  • Study and Breakdown of all the asanas within Ashtanga Primary Series
  • Techniques and progressions in how to develop your practice 
  • How to establish your self- practice 
  • Understand how to unlock the core poses within Ashtanga Primary Series 
  • Alignment in all the asanas within Primary Series 
  • How to avoid injuries and how to maintain your practice in a long term 
  • If you have any limitations we will provide alternative asanas and exercises that you could do to develop your practice 

50hrs Hand on Adjustments

50hrs Hand-on adjustments is a program that is suitable for both Yoga Practitioners and Yoga Teachers that wishes to deepen their understanding of how to experience each asana and how to assist and guide other in the Mysore practice . Understanding how to support others in this style of practice is crucial for this practice method. Learn about 


  • How to adjust and assist others in a safe way base on anatomy and biomechanics 
  • Learn how to subtle adjust others based on Myofascia adjustments 
  • Learn how to properly use props as you adjust others when is need it 
  • Develop sensibility in your hands as you adjust
  • Learn how to position yourself as an adjuster to make the adjustment effective and safe for you 
  • Fundamentals of Myofascia 
  • Learn how to adjust all the asanas within Ashtanga Primary Series in tehory and how to adjust others in a real Mysore room set-up

200hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Yoga Alliance Accredited
