Jumping back and Through is a set of movement that aims to connect the asanas of the seated sequence. These dynamics movements will allow you to re-align the spine, build heath, clear out the nadis after a set of poses, among many other benefits
Many practitioners recognize jumping back and through increases, heaviness as they move through the seated sequence. Having a proper technique combined with correct breathing is going to allow you to feel energized as you jump or walk back & forward
