Politica de Cancelacion

IMPORTANTE

 

El pago no es reembolsable y no puede ser transferido por ningún motivo, sin embargo tu inversión puede ser transferida a otro Retiro, Entrenamiento o Intensivo de Yoga dentro de un año según la fecha de tu pago. Para posponer su participación en cualquiera de nuestros retiros, debe informarnos al menos 31 días antes de la fecha de inicio. Para obtener más detalles sobre nuestra política de cancelación, lea los detalles de las cancelaciones.

 

La única opción de reembolso total será disponible si el curso es cancelado por nuestra escuela. En caso de tener que cancelar el curso debido COVID Bright Yoga ofrece un reembolso del curso 100%. Cualquier reembolso referente a hospedaje Bright Yoga se apegara a la política de cancelación de dicho hospedaje 

 

DETALLES DE CANCELACION

 

Para cualquier participante que decidiera asistir

 

El depósito que pagó (monto fijo, monto acordado entre ambas partes o plan de pago) por reservar su lugar en cualquiera de los cursos no es reembolsable bajo ningún concepto 

 

Para los detalles de la cancelación, el depósito no está incluido en el siguiente apartado, ya que el depósito no es reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.

 

  1. Cancelaciones recibidas con más de 45 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el estudiante puede posponer el 100% del pago restante a un retiro diferente dentro de un año de acuerdo con la fecha de su pago.
  2. Cancelaciones recibidas 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada: se cobrará al estudiante una penalización del 50% del pago restante de la tarifa del retiro.
  3. Cancelaciones recibidas dentro de los 14-29 días antes de la fecha de llegada: se cobrará al estudiante una penalización del 75% del resto de la matrícula.
  4. Cancelaciones recibidas dentro de los 13 días o menos a la fecha de llegada: se aplica una penalización del 100% de la tarifa del retiro en este caso.

 

Lamentamos que cualquier cancelación dentro de los 13 días o menos no se puede posponer, en este caso si el estudiante desea asistir a cualquier otro curso, será responsable de cubrir la matrícula completa de ese curso.

Cancelation Policy

Important

The payment is not refundable and can not be transferred by any reason, however your investment can be move to another Yoga Retreat, Training or Intensive within a year according to the date of your payment. In order to postpone your participation in any of our retreats you need to let us know at least 31 days before the starting date. However, in case that the activity is cancelled by our school we will offer 100% refund of your payment.

Cancellation Specifics

For any participant who decided to attend

  • The deposit that you paid for reserving your spot in any of courses is not refundable under any circumstance.

For all the cancelation specifics the deposit is not included in the below statement, as the deposit is not refundable under any circumstance 

  • Cancellations received with more than 45 days before arrival date the student can postpone 100% of the remaining payment to a different retreat within a year according to the date of your payment
  • Cancellations received 30 days before arrival date: a penalty of 50% of the remainder payment of the retreat’s rate will be charge to the student.
  • Cancellations received within 14-29 days to the arrival date: a penalty of 75% of the rest of the tuition  will be charge to the student.
  • Cancellations received within 13 days or less to the arrival date: a penalty of 100% of the retreat’s rate apply in this case.
    We regret that any cancellations within 13 days or less cannot be post-pone, in this case if the student want to attend any other course he/ she will be responsible to cover the full tuition of that course.

Postponement Policy

For all the postponement policy the deposit is not included in this statements as the deposit is not refundable under any circumstance 

  • For any program postponed 45 days or more before the start date: 100% remainder payment can be applied to a future retreat within a year, according to the rate and date of your payment.
  • For any program postponed 30 days before the start date: 50% remainder payment can be applied to a future retreat within a year according to the rate and the date of your payment
  • For any program postponed between 14- 29 days before the start date: 25% of the remainder payment can be applied to a future retreat within a year according to the rate and the date of your payment
  • The payment cannot be post-pone `if the cancelation take place with 13 days or less
  • Once the course has begun unfortunately no credits can be offered.
